Three ways to work with us
Every mandate is scoped in writing before work starts. No open-ended retainers, no surprise invoices.
Project mandate
A defined piece of work with fixed deliverables and a fixed fee. Best for a single scouting brief, an IP assessment, or structuring one specific deal. Typical duration is six to twelve weeks.
Retained advisory
Ongoing pipeline support for OEMs with continuous innovation sourcing needs. A monthly fee covers standing scouting coverage, regular briefings, and first-look access to candidates in your domain.
Success-based facilitation
A reduced working fee plus a success fee payable when a deal closes. Our upside is tied directly to yours, which is usually the right structure when the outcome is a single high-value transaction.
